Aamir Khan’s daughter Ira Khan became the centre of the news a week ago when she broke her silence about her depression and anxiety. Ira shared on her Instagram where she disclosed about how she has been battling depression for the last four years. Ira also revealed an appalling truth that she was sexually abused and maltreated during her childhood. Recently she once again put up a video.
She communicated about the various advices people gave her when she was mentally ill. She confessed that she took expert care from at least four doctors for the treatment and went on to say how she also consulted her parents and ‘Kiran aunty’, referring to Aamir’s wife, Kiran Rao.
We can see that they seem to have advised her to refrain from being too busy, quit jumping from one thing to the next and just slow down and remain calm.
However, it didn’t go well with netizens. They started retaliating by saying it is just a phase of mind and little retrospection is needed. While few suggested to stop putting up as it seemed more of a marketing stunt. One of the users mocked, saying it became like a hobby for rich kids to share such talks.
