After the blockbuster success of the mystery thriller Karthikeya, Nikhil and the director Chandoo Mondeti planned to team up again for a sequel Karthikeya 2. The film’s pre-production work is in full swing and we’ve learned that the film’s story line is based on the temple’s architects.
A source close to the unit revealed that “Starting from Dwaraka, the story takes us through different swayambhu temples across India. So there’s a lot of traveling.” It is learned that Nikhil will be seen as a medico in the film and his role has a lot of depth, sets off on an adventurous expedition for a particular cause and later discovers several truths.
