A 94-year-old man in Uttar Pradesh has conquered the coronavirus disease.The nonagenarian was rushed to COVID-19 unit in private Sharda hospital who later recovered, giving a sigh of relief for the corona victims by instilling hope. The old man who hails from Gautambuddanagar district recovered from infection and returned home from the covid-19 treatment center on Sunday. He and 60 other patients were recovered from corona and discharged. District Magistrate Suhas Lalinkare Yatiraj made this known on Twitter.

About 10 patients were discharged from the Sharda Hospital on Sunday, including the 94-year-old man, after successful treatment of coronavirus as reported by District Information Officer Rakesh Chauhan.
Officials also said that they have been working hard to ward off the disease. They were happy and shared his photo by hoping that the 94 year old man should live long happily. So far, 699 people have been diagnosed with the virus in Gautam Budhanagar districts, while 470 have been recovered and 195 are active, according to reports. He said eight people lost their lives with covid-19. The total number of corona victims in UP reached 10,947. Of these, 283 lost their lives and more than 6,300 were recovered. Nevertheless, the authorities say the corona victims’ recovery rate in Uttar Pradesh is optimistic.
