US is all set for the Presidential elections. Coronavirus is not stopping any of the Presidential Candidates from the election campaign. Donald Trump slammed China in the past for Covid-19 and mentioned that in spite of the hurdles created by China, US is giving the best to its people.
On Thursday, while addressing an election rally, Trump turned the focus on Russia and India along with China saying that these nations are major contributors to Global Air Pollution. He said that under his administration, America had achieved energy independence while protecting the environment. He also mentioned that the US currently has the best environmental record and is taking measures to maintain it that way.
Trump finalized that countries like China, Russia and India are benefiting from the Paris climate agreement, while the agreement itself was unfair to the US, as it affects the country’s employment issues. All of these statements from Donald Trump are to escape the opposition’s blame on Trump’s administration on the respective topics.
