After the release of Saaho, Young Rebel Star Prabhas stayed away from the arc lights. Meanwhile, he prepped up for his role and slimmed down a bit in the gap. Prabhas has finally resumed shooting for a new love story which is tentatively termed as #Prabhas20.
At Annapurna Studios, a big set has been erected for this film. If the latest reports are to be believed, the makers are planning to finalize the title ‘John’ instead of Jaan. An official confirmation is yet to be awaited.
The period drama completed a major schedule in Italy in October 2018. Now, the film is resuming to complete the rest of the shooting. Set in the backdrop of 1970, the film may release in mid-2020.
Pooja Hegde is the leading lady of the film in which, Prabhas will be seen essaying a fortune-teller during the 1970s. The movie is backed by Krishnam Raju, Vamsy and Pramod under the banner of Gopikrishna Movies in association with UV Creations.
