Suresh, who was identified to be the accused in MRO Vijaya Reddy’s murder, had died on Thursday, unable to tackle the injuries.
It is known that even Suresh poured petrol on himself along with the MRO, on the day of the incident, that took place in Hyderabad’s Abdullahpurmet. While the lady MRO died on the same day, Suresh was undergoing the treatment at the Osmania hospital since then.
The police even took a statement from him, in which he agreed that he killed Vijaya Reddy, only due to a land dispute. On the other side, Suresh’s parents claimed that their son is not mentally stable and so might have performed the murder, even without his knowledge.

Finally, Suresh succumbed to injuries and lost life today. The police took the call data of Vijaya Reddy and Suresh and found out that a few of the real estate people spoke to the duo. The officials arrested all such real estate people and are investigating the case now.
Meanwhile, revenue officials, after knowing the death of Suresh, are celebrating the moment and are also demanding the state government for the proper justice to Vijaya Reddy.
