On the occasion of the death of Telugu Desam Party founding president, the late Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao, a war broke out between TDP senior leader Ashok Gajapatiraju and MANSAS Trust chairperson Sanchaita Gajapati Raju on Twitter. Ashok Gajapatiraju’s tweet paying tribute to NTR was countered by Sanchaita.
Sanchaita Gajapathiraju responded to Ashok Gajapathiraju’s tweet. She commented sarcastically saying that “Ashok Gajapati, who neglected the political principles, moral values , and public judgment, was hailing NTR as his idol on the day of his death. He is the murderer who killed NTR and is now shedding tears as NTR passed away. Along with Chandrababu Garu, Ashok Gajapathiraju Garu was the one who was responsible for the death of NTR. This is the letter that NTR wrote that day to expel them from the party. This is evidence of who was involved in the conspiracy at that time.” A letter written by NTR at the time was also posted with the tweet.
