Gabbar Singh, the mega blockbuster that gave the joy, the Pawan fans are waiting over the years, has completed seven years with today. Power Star fans are celebrating the occasion on twitter with the hastag #7YearsForGabbarSingh.

Kushi was one film that made Pawan Kalyan what he is today. The super massive stardom of the Power Star has turned out to be imperishable till date, even after the back to back flops for the next 10 years of the 2001 release.

While Pawan’s stardom remained to be the same, however, his fans were keen to witness a super hit from their idol after Kushi. Finally, director Harish Shankar came up with Gabbar Singh in 2012. Though the film was a remake of Hindi blockbuster Dabangg, the Telugu version was lauded by many and was identified as one of the most entertaining films of Tollywood.

Being a fan of Pawan Kalyan, filmmaker Harish Shankar included all the stuff in the film, Pawan fans would love to see their hero and thus could offer them the much needed blockbuster.

Pawan Kalyan’s comedy timing, action episodes, songs, screenplay and what not, everything about Gabbar Singh had received huge appreciations from the film lovers. Gabbar Singh witnessed a 50 days in 306 centers, which is unbeaten till date and 100 days in 65 centers.

Since Gabbar Singh release, it has become a habit for Pawan fans, to celebrate the movie release day annually, with a hashtag and this year, #7YearsForGabbarSingh is trending on all the leading social media handles, with thousands of tweets flowing throughout the Newsfeed.
