Healthcare workers and the protection forces are the most impacted people for Covid-19 as they regularly interact with the public and they have to be on duty to save the lives. Recently, 180 members in RBVRR Police Academy in Telangana were tested Covid-19 positive.
Out of the 180 members, 100 members were trainees while the 80 were staff. There are around 1900 trainees in this academy who are controlled by around 500 staff. Quarantine facility is arranged inside the academy and the infected members were sent to that zone. More tests are now being conducted in the academy and the staff says that the count may raise further.
It is unfortunate to see this sort of situation in an academy where the trainees newly got their jobs and are getting ready for the next stage of their life. Parents of the trainees are worried and the officials are making sure to take necessary precautions to reduce the spread among trainees.
