There is no secret in the fact that the ruling YSRCP has singled out every opposition party in the state and is launching attack after attack on these parties, personally and politically as well. The party has gone beyond these limits too, attacking the people of these parties in other aspects as well, best evidenced by the government’s decision on cinema ticket prices in the state.
Now, YSR Congress party legislator from Kakinada (urban) Dwarampudi Chandrasekhar Reddy advised Pawan Kalyan to put up a lone fight in the 2024 elections and to not form alliances with anyone, especially with the TDP. Dwarampudi is a famous hardcore critic of the Jana Sena. He said that since Pawan has himself said that the vote percentage of Jana increased from 17% in 2014 to 27% in 2019, going ahead alone would project a stronger front to the people.
On the other hand, Jana Sena hasn’t commented on these statements yet. Given that the YSRCP is always ready to lash out at anyone that’s not them, it comes as no surprise that they would go around giving free advice. It is now to be seen how Jana Sena would react.
