The YSRCP members have said various things about the Telugu Desam Party, and about its Chief Chandrababu Naidu, ever since they came to power. The comments are only getting more and more critical, but don’t seem to stop at any time. In a recent interview, another member of the YSRCP commented on Chandrababu and his position in Andhra Pradesh.
YSRCP MP from Bapatla Nandigam Suresh said that neither does Chandrababu nor his son Lokesh own a house in Andhra Pradesh and instead keep travelling to AP grom Hyderabad, where they own houses. He also said that Naidu’s adopted son (Pawan Kalyan of Jana Sena), also doesn’t own a house in AP, and lives in Hyderabad. Suresh also said that Jagan has always been a part of AP and that he even built a home in Tadepalli before the 2019 elections. He even said that Jagan’s vote is registered at Pulivendula, while Naidu, his son, and his wife, had their votes registered in Hyderabad till 2017-18, after which they registered their votes in Mangalagiri.
Suresh said that the people of AP have realised that Naidu is a visitor for AP and that he doesn’t really care about the state, which is why they have lost their trust in him. He also said that Naidu is also in a very delicate situation. He said that this was proven by Naidu’s words in Kuppam when he asked the people if he should retain Kuppam as his constituency or not. He said that Naidu should retire from politics and that he’s not welcome in AP anymore.
