When Amaravathi was announced as the capital city for Andhra Pradesh, the land rates raised heavily overnight. Before common man thought of buying the land, “sold” boards were seen all over. Majority of the people believe that the TDP politicians have benamis who bought the land before the announcement.
This is considered to be the main point behind YSRC distributing the capital region. YSRC openly mentioned the same and Cabinet Sub Committee did initial investigation on the topic. After finding some clues and identifying the insider trading, the case was submitted to CBI.
CBI is closely probing the issue and if TDP politicians were found guilty, Chandra Babu Naidu and the entire TDP cadre may face tough situation. It is known that YS Jagan is dealing with CBI for long time and now they pushed the department towards TDP. We have to see how TDP and Chandra Babu Naidu deals with CBI.
