The chief minister of Andhra Pradesh YS Jagan Mohan Reddy mourned the demise of Superstar Krishna as he flew to Hyderabad last week to take part in the final rites.
Jagan is now said to have made an appreciable promise to Krishna’s family.
As per reports, Jagan has promised a piece of land in Vijayawada or Tenali if Krishna’s family decides to assemble a memorial statue or enclosure for Krishna.
Jagan had apparently also promised all possible support from the state government if the family intends to orchestrate a memorial service in Andhra Pradesh.
The family is yet to take the final call on whether or not to erect a statue in Vijayawada or Tenali.
