Yet another YSRCP minister uses her power in Tirumala

In the wake of heavy crowds thronging the sacred hill town of Tirumala, the TTD cancelled VIP break darshan until August 21st.

Despite the TTD’s decision to halt the VIP darshans, the ruling YSRCP Ministers are continuing to visit Tirumala with their followers and insist on the TTD officials for a VIP darshan.

After minister Seediri Appalaraju and minister Ushasri Charan, now tourism minister Roja used her power to get a VIP darshan this morning. The former Jabardasth judge visited the holy place today with 30 of her followers and forced the officials for darshan in the VIP protocol break.

Although the authorities there tried to explain to her, she expressed her anger at them and finally managed to the VIP darshan for her and 10 followers who came along with her. This attitude and misuse of power are now irking the common devotees, who were waiting in long queues to get darshan in the regular break.
