Elon Musk, the new boss of the social media giant ‘Twitter’, has lost over $100 billion this year. The CEO of Tesla is the top most loser in terms of wealth in the last 1 year.
Although his fortune shrunk by $100 billion, Musk remains the world’s richest person with a total wealth of $170 billion.
According to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, the new owner of the micro-blogging site lost $101 billion this year. Bernard Arnault, the founder and CEO of the luxury goods giant LVMH, is next on the list of the top richest persons with $157 billion.
It is worth mentioning that Musk’s total net worth peaked at $340 billion last year. On the other side, Mark Zuckerberg, the Facebook founder, also lost $83.5 billion in a year.
