Samantha’s much-hyped mythological love drama Shakuntalam is headed for its theatrical release on the 14th of April and the makers have started to aggressively promote the same.
The latest news is that the film is getting a super wide release in the USA. It has locked a substantially high number of screens for the 2d and the new-age 3D version which will be the flagship production quality.
“Here’s the USA theatres list of #Shaakuntalam. US Premieres on April 13th! Overseas release by @Radhakrishnaen9 in 315+ locations with 242 locs in 3D✨Bookings open now” the statement from the USA distributors of Shakuntalam read.
The film has Samantha and Dev Mohan in the lead roles and it is directed by Gunasekhar. It is getting a pan Indian release on the 14th of April. More promotional material will be out in the due course.
