When VD’s unfortunate turns to fortunate for two heroes

Young sensation Vijay Deverakonda’s last outing World Famous Lover turned out to be a dud at the box office. The film, which released on the eve of Valentine’s day, failed to impress the audience. Well, here’s a surprising unknown fact about the film is that Vijay Deverakonda was not the first choice for the film.

Yes, it is heard that the film’s director Kranthi Madhav had approached a couple of heroes before he got a green signal from Rowdy boy. It is also learned that the first choice of Kranthi Madhav was Supreme hero Sai Dharam Tej, who turned down the script during the initial stages itself.

Later Kranthi Madhav approached Sharwanand with the same story but as he was busy with other projects, Sharwa also rejected the film. So, Kranthi Madhav finally approached Vijay Deverakonda. It seems, unlike the other two heroes, Vijay believed in the script and he thought he may get success with World Famous Lover. But, alas the movie turned out to be a flop.

Well, here it seems, one man’s loss is another man’s gain!
