What is Narendra Choudary’s decision on ‘Koti Deepostavam’?

Bhakthi TV is conducting Koti Deepostavam every year during Karthika masam. The Karthika Masa Koti Deepostavam (lightening of one crore oil lamps) will be conducted grandly every year, in which thousands of women take part. Several pontiffs, spiritual trainers and religious heads will grace the occasion.

The program, which started as a lakha Deepostavam, was successful the year it was launched and later became a Koti Deepostavam as it went well with the devotees.

However, Koti Deepostavam was halted last year due to the Covid-19 pandemic effect. Now, devotees are sceptical about this year’s Deepostavam, which is a glorious affair.

Despite the fear of the Covid-19, on one hand, the people are said to be missing this auspicious event. It remains to be seen what decision does Koti Deepostavam organizer and Bhakthi TV founder Narendra Choudary take in such circumstances.
