Tollywood heartthrob Vijay Deverakonda only has warm words to say when asked about superstar Mahesh Babu.
“Mahesh Babu has been my favorite hero for a really long time now. I still remember watching him deliver a spellbinding performance in Murari. Now, we have multiplexes and advance bookings. But back then, we had nothing as such. I used to stand in long queues for hours together to get tickets for Mahesh’s film.” Vijay said.
Adding further, Vijay said Mahesh is always first in line when it comes to encouraging young talent.
“During the release of Pelli Choopulu, I fondly remember Mahesh Babu tweeting in appreciation of our film and also my performance. I was literally on cloud nine after reading it. Such a high praise from a superstar of that stature was a really big thing for me.”
