Indian films are now enjoying a stellar market in the USA and this is opening new avenues for the big ticket Indian projects.
Here’s a look at the top 10 highest grossing Indian films in the USA with the list obviously being topped by epic Baahubali 2.
1. Baahubali 2 – $20 million
2. Pathaan – $14.4 million and counting
3. RRR – $14.3 million
4. Dangal – $12.3 million
5. Padmavaat – $12.1 million
Pathaan has broken RRR’s record now and it is the second highest grossing Indian film of all time in the USA.
It was initially anticipated that Pathaan might run close to Baahubali 2, but that isn’t to be as the film slowed down a great deal after the opening two weekends. It cant even come close to Baahubali 2 now.
