Having made her debut with Buchi Babu’s Uppena, young actress Krithi Shetty has attained a star heroine image in very little time. The talented diva, who is busy with a series of opportunities in the Telugu film industry, is now said to be making her debut in Bollywood.
According to the latest reports, Krithi has been approached to play the female lead in the Hindi remake of the Telugu film ‘Shyam Singha Roy’, which sees Nani, Sai Pallavi and Krithi in the lead roles.
A top production house has acquired the Hindi remake rights of Rahul Sankrityan’s directorial. Shahid Kapoor is said to be stepping into Nani’s shoes in the remake and the Uppena girl will romance the B-Town star in it. Official information on this update is yet to be provided.
Written by Satyadev Janga, ‘Shyam Singha Roy’ is a story based on time travel, in which Nani is seen in a dual role. The technical crew comprises Sanu John Varghese for camerawork and Navin Nooli for editing. Mickey J Meyer composed music for this flick.
