Uppena Day 4 Box Office Collection: Collects 4 Cr+ On Weekday

Panja Vaishnav Tej is surely on cloud nine with his debut film ‘Uppena‘ having a dream run at the box office. The film, which was released on February 12, opened to a largely positive response and kept the cash registers ringing at the box office. The film, which entered the profit zone in almost all areas within three days, also passed the weekday acid test on Monday.

With the release of more than 1000 theatres worldwide and no other film is out there for competition, the youth queued up for the film. Monday, which happens to be a busy weekday, seemed to be a super study with Uppena gaining 4 crore shares despite a drop of almost 50%.

Within three days of release, the film brought profits to the distributors, also touched the 28 crore share mark in AP and Telangana. It also crossed the 30 crore share mark worldwide and the Mega hero joined the 30 crore club with his first film.
