Tollywood veteran to turn villain for Balayya?

The makers of Nandamuri Balakrishna’s ongoing project BB3 had previously roped in Bollywood star Sanjay Dutt for the antagonist role in the film. But Sanjay opted out later, citing clash of dates.

It appears to be that the makers of the project have approached Tollywood veteran Rajasekhar for the villain role now.

The unit opines that Rajasekhar’s inclusion will build some extra excitement and anticipation on the project. The production team will be initiating talks with the veteran actor soon.

It is known that Rajasekhar had recently recovered from Covid-19 after waging a battle for 2 weeks or so. He will be taking the final call on whether or not to star in the Balakrishna starrer.

Previously, another Tollywood veteran Jagapathi Babu was roped in for Balakrishna-Boyapati Sreenu’s Legend and that worked wonders for the film. Now, the duo might be joining hands with another seasoned Telugu actor, Rajasekhar if things go as planned.

The shooting of BB3 is underway. Sayyesha Saigal was recently announced as the female lead.
