Experts warn that a third wave is inevitable in India. Renowned Virologist Dr.V Ravi warned that the third wave could have a severe impact on those under 18 years of age. Dr.V Ravi said that it was a matter of great concern that there were no child care centers as well as intensive care units in the country. He said immediate action was needed to that extent from the governments.
