Pawan Kalyan enjoys one of the biggest fan bases in South India. He one of those few actors, who is loved more for his off-screen persona and honesty. On the joyous occasion of his 49th birthday, here is the lesser-known side of the JanaSena chief.

Pawan Kalyan is very jovial on sets and he moves closely with those who are associated with his projects.

Interestingly enough, Pawan Kalyan prefers night shoots over day shoots, a trait rarely seen amongst Tollywood actors.

Pawan Kalyan is a very good listener and he takes each and every input given by his staff regarding any issue. He is easily accessible to his staff members.

Around 20% of Pawan Kalyan’s income is allotted to the monthly wages of his salary members. He is very prompt when it comes to payments for his staff and personal security team.

At a day and age when almost every star hero goes around in luxury cars, Pawan Kalyan has arrived to shooting locations in an Innova car provided by the production house many times in the past. He pays very little attention to luxury.

Pawan Kalyan does not like to keep technicians waiting. If any writer or director wishes to narrate him a story, he will give them the appointment as early as he can. He does not intend to waste their time and resources.

There were times when Pawan Kalyan used to pay the dubbing staff from his personal account after seeing them working hard day in day out.

Pawan Kalyan always prefers to keep negativity at bay and does not give a hoot about it. Even his staff members do not speak about negative feedback with Pawan.
