Tharun Bhascker, who made a name for himself in the Telugu film industry with his unique style of filmmaking, announced his third directorial venture, ‘Keedaa Cola’ a few months ago.
After helming movies like Pelli Choopulu (2016) and Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi (2018), the audience expected something new and distinctive from the young director. Well, he announced Keedaa Cola in June this year and the movie has now begun its shooting on Friday.
Expected to be a crime comedy, the word Keedaa means a creature with six legs and Cola is the name of a popular soft-drink brand.
Set to be released in 2023 in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi and Kannada, the movie is produced by Bharath Kumar, VG Sainma, Sripad Nandiraj, Srinivas Kaushik, Upendra Varma, Saikrishna Gadwal and Vijay Kumar.
