Viraj Ashwin and Anasuya Bharadwaj’s upcoming film ‘Thank You Brother’ has become the first movie that is going for a direct release during the second wave of Covid-19.
‘Thank You Brother’ was scheduled to release in theatres on Friday, April 30th. But with many films already postponing their releases, the makers of ‘Thank You Brother’ skipped the theatrical release and inked a deal with Telugu OTT platform Aha. The film will be premiere on May 7.
Directed by Ramesh Raparthi, the movie features Anasuya as a pregnant lady who gets trapped in a lift with an arrogant youngster played by Viraj Ashwin.
The music of the film is composed by Guna Balasubramanian, while Suresh Ragutu has handled the cinematography. It is bankrolled by Magunta Sarath Chandra Reddy and Tharaknath Bommi Reddy. Besides Anasuya and Viraj Ashwin, the flick features Viva Harsha, Archana Ananth, Kadambari Kiran and Anish Kuruvilla in pivotal roles.
