Telangana HC refuses to accept RRR’s petition against Jagan

Narasapuram MP K Raghurama Krishnam Raju is leaving no stone unturned to trouble Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. It is known that the rebel MP had earlier filed a petition in the CBI court to revoke the bail given to Jagan and his party, MP Vijaysai Reddy.

However, the court dismissed Raju’s petition and gave its verdict that there is no need to cancel the bail given in the disproportionate assets case.

It appears like Mr Raju is not happy with the CBI court’s verdict as he filed a petition in the Telangana High Court today seeking revocation of the bail of CM Jagan and MP Vijayasai Reddy. However, RRR’s petitions were revoked by the High Court Registry for technical reasons.

Speaking to the media today, Mr Raju made it clear that he will fight till the end for justice and righteousness. He said that a petition has been filed in the High Court seeking revocation of the bail granted to CM in the case.
