Even though the local body elections are postponed by 6 weeks, the number of politicians wanting to join YCP has not stopped or slower. Every day TDP party is witnessing their leaders wanting to quit the party and wish to join the ruling party. In Prakasam District, today TDP MLAs Karanam Balaram, Gottipati Ravi Kumar tried to jump into YCP and failed bitterly.
Now, Prakasam District is a dicey game even for the most experienced in politics. Nobody really understands why they jump from one party to another party so much. Most businesses in this district are around Granite, Cotton and Tobacco. And the business run based on local power rather than politics. Here comes Karanam Balaramakrishna, who is an ally of TDP party.
Since Karanam has left the TDP party and supported YCP, now he will have more advantage in the future than the latest joiners. Understanding this affect, these two rebel TDP MLAs have brushed aside their adventure. Even Jagan Mohan Reddy did not seem to be interested to accept them into the party. So, their plan A failed and let’s see what do they plan next?!
