Sukumar’s last film Rangasthalam which was a massive hit released in the year 2018 and already two years has been completed. Yet has to start shooting for his next. It is already decided that Sukumar’s next will be with Allu Arjun. However though the film’s shoot was supposed to start in the month of February, many reasons accounted for the delay in shoot start.
Earlier Sukumar along with his scouted for locations of the film in Kerala thick forests. While everything is going on smoothly, corona virus outbroke. With this Kerala government denied permissions for film’s shootings.
Even there are restrictions for the film’s shoot in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. However Sukumar is using this free time to scout locations. According to the latest update Sukumar along with his team is now in East Godavari searching for the locations. They are currently finalizing locations in Maredumilli-Rampachodavaram forest area.
As per the story, majority of the shoot will have to happen in thick forests. This is the story based red sandalwood smuggling. More details regarding the project will be out very soon.
