Wuhan City, the place which is news more often than any other country for the past two months. Wuhan which is said to be the epicenter of the Covid-19 outbreak is a very beautiful city. This is the most populated city in Central China which is divided into two by the ‘Yangje’ river. This city is formed by the combination of three towns Wuchang, Hankou, and Hanyang and hence named ‘Wuhan’.

This city places a pivotal role in all economical activities in entire central China and is rich in heritage and also possesses the largest transport system. Hence it is called the ‘Chicago of China’. This mega city has a prestigious research institute, the Wuhan Institute of Virology which is being run by the China Academy of sciences.

With the association of French scientists, the search on deadly SARS virus and MERS who are said to be the predecessors of Covid-19 is being done in this lab. The epicenter of Covid-19, the seafood manufacturing coast is just 20 miles away from this lab and it is being said that the Chinese wantedly made this virus and they even possess the vaccine to treat it.

The Virology lab in Wuhan has produced many vaccines for many deadly viruses and there are speculations that they already possess the Vaccine to treat Covid-19.
