Prabhas’s Adipurush opened in theaters worldwide on the 16th of this month and the film started off on a bright note at the box office.
After a superb first weekend, the film held well over the first working day, Monday and reported decent enough revenues.
The film collected Rs 5.43 crores share on its first Monday in the Telugu states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The AP collections are Rs 2.69 crore and the Nizam collections are Rs 2.74 collections. The film has a good hold on Nizam.
The worldwide box office collections are at Rs 375 crores gross now. There’s a drop in collections but that is expected, given the working day box office trends. The film is likely to hold well over the second weekend and post good numbers in the second weekend also.
