Superstar Mahesh Babu and director SS Rajamouli are set to collaborate for what’s probably going to be the biggest motion picture of India. The shoot of the film is expected to begin next year, once Rajamouli is done with the pre-production works, and once Mahesh is done with his film with director Trivikram.
Before Rajamouli and Mahesh can come together, there have been several rumors regarding their film, ever since the formal announcement of their film was made. Among the many rumors that came up, writer Vijayendra Prasad, the father of Rajamouli, confirmed that the film is going to be an action-adventure based in African forests.
Recently, there have been rumors that Mahesh’s character is based on Lord Hanuman. Vijayendra Prasad trashed these rumours and said that there’s no such thing, and said that the theme of the movie is based on Ramayana and Mahabharata, as in, good versus evil, and nothing more. There are already massive expectations on SSMB29, which, according to sources, is going to be made in three parts. Official confirmation of the same is still awaited.
