Sona Mohapatra condemns Kangana for calling Rhea a ‘small time druggie’

Kangana Ranaut slammed all the Bollywood actors who showed solidarity by seeking justice for Rhea. The actress-producer made below the belt remarks to Rhea in one of her tweets. Subsequently Singer Sonamohapatra condemned against it.

The singer tweeted to refer to another women as small time druggie is objectionable. She hit out at kangana and called it deeply disturbing and disgusting.

Kangana in one of her recent tweets said to stop mafia bimbos to compare her struggles to that of Rhea while labelling her a ‘small time druggie’, who was living off a vulnerable, broken self made super star.

Sona also talked about the belittling of women and lesser importance given to them in the film industry. She took to twitter to raise her voice and shared few list of demands in an attempt to smash the patriarchy, following media trials and alleged slander campaigning of Rhea Chakraborty. She also supported Anushka Sharma who backed women directors.

In of the tweets she wrote, “Lets do this the right way dear #Bollywood & #India cus the rest is mostly hot air. 1) Pay your top actresses the same as your top actors.2) Write enough worthy roles 3) Film them ‘solo songs’ to make them larger than life? (No, item numbers don’t count)”.(sic).
