Since the YSR Congress Party came into the ruling, Jagan has been taken taking sensational decisions from time to time. He desperately wanted to show the difference between his rule and CBN’s rule in every aspect.
However, most of his decisions were received very well by the people but the AP High court kept troubling the government being aware of the consequences of those controversial decisions.
Not 1 or 2 times but the high court flummoxed the AP Sarkar for 63 times in their 1-year rule. The TDP supporters are having a field day every time court smashes the decisions of the YCP. The government literally failed to explain that the decision they took didn’t evade any rules.
Now, Jagan has finally decided to put a checkmate to the AP high court. First of all, he axed Nageswara reddy who has been filing petitions all these days on behalf of the AP government.
Actually the petition in the supreme court would have been filed by now but there are some mistakes in the petition which took five days to get corrected. So, Jagan realized the inefficiency of Nageswara Rao and immediately removed him from the post.
Along with this major decision, Jagan strengthened his legal cell for the counter-petition on the high court in the supreme court and appointed highly qualified advocate generals to influence the council. Let’s see if all his efforts work in favour of his government or not.
