Sisindri combination to repeat: Aamani as Akhil’s mother!

Akhil Akkineni has been encountering a mix of hits and flops in the recent times. Currently, he is busy with ‘Most Eligible Bachelor’ starring Pooja Hegde in the female lead role. In the past, Akhil stole the hearts as a toddler in the film ‘Sisindri’, under King Nagarjuna’s production in 1995. Senior actress Aamani acted in the role of Akhil’s mother in that flick.

It seems that Aamani has been roped once again to act in the role of Akhil’s mother for the ongoing flick. After almost 25 years, the ‘Sisindri’ combination of mother-son is expected to reflect back on the screen. Bhaskar is directing this flick and Bunny Vas – Vasu Varma are producing the flick.

This movie is said to have a spy-thriller based story and is currently in the pre-production stage. Film makers are aiming to release the film in January, 2021 in the Pongal race. Stay tuned for more updates.
