The makers of Kollywood star Dhanush’s much-awaited bilingual film Vaathi, titled Sir in Telugu, today announced the new release date of the film.
Directed by Venky Atluri, the action drama film was supposed to hit the screens this December. However, the flick got postponed due to a delay in the shooting formalities. The movie team today announced that Sir will release in theatres on February 17th, 2023.’
The team released the first song from the movie on November 10. It is composed by GV Prakash Kumar, crooned by Shweta Menon and written by Dhanush.
Vaathi is produced by S Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya under the Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas banners. Starring Samyukta Menon as the leading lady, Sir also features Sai Kumar, Tanikella Bharani, and Narra Srinivas, among others.
