YSR Congress Party is just unstoppable in the local body elections as their plans are right on the money from the day-1 they attained the power. Jagan strategically covered the entire state without leaving any loose ends in the implementation of various welfare schemes and this plan worked magically like never before.
It is known that Jagan already dented TDP’s strong fort Vizag and won the entire Chittoor district unanimously. Now, Jagan’s judicial capital Kurnool is also under the ruling party’s complete control as there were a number of unanimous seats being grabbed by the YSR Congress Party.
In Kurnool’s Done constituency here are 54 MPTC seats and already 19 were unanimously won by YSRCP without any competition. The remaining seats are also touted to be swept by the Jagan as he showered love on the Kurnool people by announcing the Kurnool city as the judicial capital.
On the other side, TDP failed to play a safe game with the local body elections infront during the capital shift period. They opposed the establishment of the High Court in Kurnool and lost the left out mileage after the disastrous performance in the 2019 general elections.
