The Andhra Pradesh government has been relentless in its pursuit of getting into legal battles against any of its opponents. The YSRCP government has now passed a GO, ordering for the dissolving of Sangam dairy, after jailing its chairman Dhulipalla Narendra.
Sangam dairy’s permission to function as a milk-producing company has been cancelled, and it is now going to be merged with the Guntur District Milk Producers Cooperative Society. Tenali Sub collector Mayur Ashok has been given the responsibility of overlooking the changeover of Sangam dairy to Guntur milk coop society, and he has already visited the Sangam dairy premises.
The Sangam dairy issue is still going on in the court, and Dhulipalla Narendra has approached the court, requesting the court for relieving him, and for permission to let Sangam dairy continue to function as a milk-producing company. However, the AP government, as usual, has issued a GO dissolving Sangam dairy, taking drastic measures, being a step ahead of its rivals.
In all the time that the YSRCP government has been in power, it has become famous for its legal battles, which are paid for by the public tax money. These legal battles have become so infamous that opposition parties have often found it difficult to go against the government.
