It was in the news that Samantha Akkineni will be playing the role of PV Sindhu, in the sports star’s biopic. The filmmakers who planned biopic, considered the Ye Maya Chesave star as the right choice for it.
But in one of the recent interviews, when Sindhu was asked about her choice of the actress in her biopic, she immediately said that Deepika Padukone will suit the role well. Though Sindhu never commented anything against Samantha, the fans of the Akkineni heroine were hurt by the comments of the sports star.
On the other side, when Samantha was asked about the biopic, she clarified that she was never approached for any such project and also added that she has no interest in picking a biopic as of now.
Going with the comments of the actress, it can be understood that Samantha might have hurt by PV Sindhu’s interest in Deepika over her and so might have clarified that she is not going to do any biopic. Will Sindhu come forward to give a clarity on the misunderstanding or ignore the issue, is to be seen.
