Mumbai police have lodged an FIR against Sushant Singh Rajput’s sisters and others after the entertainer’s girl friend Rhea Chakraborty alleged that they endorsed drugs to him without informing. A complaint has been filed against Sushant’s sisters Priyanka Singh & Meetu Singh, Delhi-based doctor Tarun Kumar and others, an authority said on Tuesday.
Police officials said that the case has been registered under sections of IPC and Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act at Bandra Police Station in Mumbai. Rhea complained to police seeking a petition be registered under IPC, NDPS Act and Telemedicine Practice Guidelines. The actress had also accused Priyanka with molestion charges.
Accused are being proclaimed to have hatched a conspiracy and administered banned drugs to Sushant without medical supervision. At present Mumbai police transferred the case to CBI.
The actress accused the sisters for using an administration letterhead containing restricted drugs and added the equivalent without recommended dose and amount that may result into an incessant anxiety attack, which could have lead Sushanth in moving to edge of self destruction.
Her FIR says that on eighth June morning she stumbled across Priyanka’s message in Sushant’s mobile where she urged that he take all the tablets mentioned. She suggested Sushant to not take those drugs however he disagreed with her and requested to leave.
Nevertheless, public believe that Rhea is being evasive and attempting to divert the drug bust case.
