In the wake of getting a warrant from a court, a search operation was conducted at Sandalwood and Tollywood actor Sanjjana Galrani’s home since 6:40 a.m in Bengaluru by Central Crime Branch (CCB) for her supposed involvement in a drug bust case, informed Sandeep Patil, Joint CP on Tuesday.
CCB officials said that actor Sanjjanaa’s house in Indiranagar was raided after being informed from one of the accused — Rahul Shetty. Sanjjanaa and Rahul allegedly attended private parties at various casinos in foreign countries. Rahul Shetty has confessed to organising parties and also supplying drugs for these parties. Another planner Pruthvi Shetty from Mangaluru, was grilled and based on information search warrant was issued.
Credible sources reveal that two mobile phones have been seized and Sanjjanaa has not been detained yet.
Recently, entertainer Ragini Dwivedi, captured in a drug racket case, was summoned in court, which sent her to 5-day custody after a raid at her yelhanka residence. According to IPS Patil, Loum Pepper Samba from Africa was the one who was supplying drugs to Ravi and other celebs.
Ragini Dwivedi has been arrested for her supposed supplying of drugs for rave parties. Two more accused have been captured in this case, the Bengaluru police had said.
Today Ragini was produced before court and was granted 5 days of police custody.
