Revanth Reddy was appointed as the TPCC Chief in June, and ever since then, there has been a rift in the Telangana Congress party, with senior leaders avoiding Revanth, and every activity that he initiates, as they have been unhappy with Revanth being made the Chief.
Revanth has been trying his best to include the senior members in all of the party’s activities and has even been trying to take their suggestions on it, but there hasn’t been any cooperation from the seniors. Seniors like Uttam Kumar Reddy, Jana Reddy, Komatireddy brothers, V Hanumantha Rao, etc., are even said to be avoiding Gandhi Bhavan and are being limited to their constituencies.
After the appointment of Revanth as the Chief of the TPCC, there has been some energy in the Congress party, but with the non-cooperation of the seniors, other parties, especially the TRS party, is taking advantage of the situation. Members of the TRS are saying that the Congress party got divided into two after Revanth became the Chief, and it is now to be seen what will happen here on.
