The Reliance Foundation has come up with a special welfare scheme for the social security of employees of their parent company Reliance Group companies. The company has come forward to pay Rs 10 lakh to the nominee of the deceased to support the family of their employees. The initiative will also be supported by the Reliance Foundation to provide full pay for 5 years to the families of deceased employees as well as free education for their children.
In addition, the Reliance Foundation provides all expenses up to 100% tuition fees and hostel accommodation bachelor’s degree at any institute in India for all children of deceased employees. Reliance pays 100% of the premium for hospitalization coverage for spouse, parents and children.
