Release date dilemma: Allu Aravind to decide Akhil’s success fate

Young hero Akhil Akkineni’s next film, which is tentatively titled Akhil 4, is being directed by the talented director Bommarillu Bhaskar. The film’s shooting is progressing in Abu Dhabi and the makers are canning a song on Akhil and Pooja Hegde.

As per our close sources, we heard that the makers are juggling to finalize two release dates – March 25th and April 10th for the film. If the makers finalize March 25th as Akhil 4 release date, then it will be an early-summer release.

And nevertheless, to say, the film may have the biggest advantage at the ticket window. Or else if the makers decide to release the film on April 10th, then it may have a huge clash with Ram’s next film Red, which is scheduled to hit the screens on April 9th.

We already aware of the fact that Ram’s last outing mass entertainer iSmart Shankar turned out to be a big blockbuster and again he is now coming up with a mass-action entertainer, so there may be a big tiff at box office for both Akhil & Ram.

But it looks like Ram already has major advantages than Akhil on that release week as Red’s first look posters already created a stir among the audience.

We opinion that Akhil 4 makers should think wisely to fix the release date as Akhil badly needs to score a success. We hope March 25th is an ideal date for Akhil4 release as there may not be huge competition at the box office.

Well, now Akhil’s success factor lies in Bunny Vas and Allu Aravind’s hands. Let’s wait and see whether Akhil will score success or not with this movie.
