Ratan Tata donates 1,500 Crores for Coronavirus relief fund?!

Even the world bank is in a fix while its unable to calculate the exact loss and relief for Coronavirus, the common man is now looking up to the Celebrities who earned their wealth with their support.

These Celebrities include Businessmen, Film Actors, Music Industry, Brands and NGOs. So, one by one since past one week, starting from Hollywood to Tollywood, we hear the Actors announcing their donations that amount from lakhs to many crores even.

While a lot more is expected from the Businessmen, initially Tata Group announced a fund of 500 crores. Later, Tata Sons Chairman N.Chandrasekharan announced a fund of 1,000 crores. With this, the total amount donated by Tata amounted to a whopping 1,500 crores.

This will be going towards the testing kits for Doctors and Nurses, plus Coronavirus testing kits, said Tata Group on Saturday.

“One of the major challenges faced by Humanity is this Coronavirus. And the need to act upon it is immediate and urgent,” said Ratan Tata. While Chairman Chandrasekharan said,” We will do our best to see to it that the Ventilators needed for Coronavirus patients to be as fast as possible.

As the spread of the Virus in India is rapid, any action that is needed to be done, must be done immediately.”
