Ram Charan will be joining the sets of RRR and Acharya soon after the pandemic effect subsides and wrap up both these projects as early as he can.
Charan is supposed to work with maverick director Shankar for RC15 which is his immediate next project. But there is a whole lot of uncertainty surrounding this project.
Shankar is waging a legal battle with Lyca Productions who served him a notice for not completing Indian 2. He will have to sort out this controversy before moving onto RC15.
Shankar’s top priority remains to be RC15 but he might have to complete Indian 2 first if the high court intervenes.
With this in mind, Ram Charan is eyeing alternatives for RC15. He will be initiating talks with other directors very soon and keep his options open, just in case RC15 gets postponed indefinitely.
If RC15 gets delayed, Charan will almost certainly be working with another director for his next project.
