Rajinikanth’s shocking remuneration for his next

Superstar Rajinikanth is one actor whose films are rarely affected by the result of his previous work.

His last release, Annaatthe, which was released after the second wave of coronavirus, turned out to be an average affair at the box office. He is yet to begin his next film, which is with Beast director Nelson Dileep Kumar.

The film will be produced by Sun Pictures, which produced Annaatthe as well. For Annaatthe, Rajinikanth took home a remuneration of Rs. 100 Crores, and it is now being said that the actor has hiked his remuneration and that he would be taking home a shocking Rs. 150 Crores for his latest film. This is the highest for any actor in India currently, apart from Prabhas.

In Tamil, Ajith and Vijay are drawing the highest pay cheques currently, with both of them being paid Rs. 100 Crores per film.

On the other hand, there’s no update on when the film’s shoot will begin and who will be a part of the film, apart from Rajinikanth. Anirudh Ravichander is on board as the music director.
