Exclusive: Rajamouli’s ‘Family package’ for RRR

Rajamouli is probably the only director in Tollywood who is supported by his entire family in the process of filmmaking. His wife, Rama Rajamouli works as a costume designer for his films, while his brother MM Keeravani composes the music. Also, Rajamouli’s sister-in-law, Srivalli operates as the production designer for most of his projects.

Needless to say, KK Senthil Kumar who is associated with Rajamouli right from the starting stages of his career is more like a family member to the latter.

Coming to the topic, Rajamouli has apparently received a deal which can be termed as a ‘Family package’ for RRR.

Rajamouli, as we all know, is the director of the film while Keeravani, Rama Rajamouli, and Senthil, compose the music, design costumes, and handle cinematography respectively. Srivalli will be operating as the production designer.

Rajamouli’s clan will be receiving a cumulative amount of Rs 75 crores for this project. This is the first of a kind deal for any film and it surely is an interesting one.

RRR unit will commence shoot by the end of this year.
