Prashanth Neel has made a big statement before the release of Salaar as he has said that the film has its core plot from his first film Ugramm.
“Salaar has the story and setting of Ugramm but you can’t call it a remake. It is a retelling of the story in a grand and huge manner. The scale has been increased massively to suit Prabhass’s image” Prashanth said.
The star director says it has been his aim to tell Ugramm on a grand scale and said it is to turn to reality with Salaar now. He says the core plot has been modified for Prabhas and the emotions are bigger and better this time.
Salaar is releasing in a few hours now with the USA premieres commencing in a couple of hours.
